Straight answers to what business owners usually want to know before working with me on their website.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. Sometimes it's what's built into it, not the site itself.
Often the bones are fine and what's missing is the thinking underneath it: where confidence is being lost, what questions go unanswered, what step should be obvious but isn't. Sometimes that means a rebuild. Sometimes it means fixing what's already there. Either way, we start with an audit, not an assumption.
How is this different to just hiring a web designer?
A designer makes it look good. This makes sure it actually converts.
A designer, on their own, is usually focused on how a site looks and how it's laid out. What I do starts earlier than that: understanding where people hesitate, what they need to know before they buy, and what's stopping the next step from being obvious. The design serves that, not the other way around.
Will this work for my Shopify store as well as a regular website?
Yes. The diagnosis is the same either way.
Whether someone's booking a service or buying a product, they're asking the same underlying question: does this feel right? The specific fixes look different, cart recovery versus enquiry forms, for example, but the process of finding where confidence drops off works exactly the same way.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Month to month, cancel or change any time.
Both packages run month to month. The subscription exists because I'm actively working on your business every month, not because you're locked into anything. If it ever stopped earning its place, you'd have every right to walk.
How long does it take to see results?
Some fixes show up fast. Others compound over months.
Some of the fixes, a clearer call to action, an answered objection, show up almost immediately in how people behave on the site. Others, like trust building through reviews and content, or SEO improvements, compound over weeks and months. Either way, we're always working from what the data is actually telling us, not guessing.
Why is this bundled with branding and automation, not sold on its own?
A website with no brand behind it just looks like everyone else's.
A brand with no website is a story nobody can find. A website with no brand just looks like everyone else's. And a website with no automation still leaves leads sitting unanswered after the visit ends. I only build them together because I've seen what happens when businesses buy the pieces separately, the same problem in a different shape.
