Is this coaching?
No. A coach helps you get better at what you're already doing. This is different, you're learning to design the business itself, from the ground up. Some months look like a working session. All of them are about handing you the tools to keep doing this without me.
I've done business courses before. How is this different?
Most courses hand you a framework and leave you to translate it into your business. This starts with your business, and builds the thinking around what's actually in front of you, not a template.
How much time does this take each month?
One private Wayfinding Session, one live masterclass, and whatever time you choose to spend in the cohort and resource library between. Most of the work happens inside your business, not inside a course portal.
Can I do this if it's just me, no team yet?
Yes. Some waypoints, like culture and team, will simply look different if it's just you. We orientate around where you actually are, not where a generic program assumes you should be.
Why nine months?
Because a business this personal can't be reimagined in a weekend. Nine months gives each waypoint room to be understood, applied and tested before the next one begins, so change actually sticks instead of just sounding good in a workshop.
What happens after the nine months end?
You keep everything you've built: the frameworks, the resource library, the decisions already made, and the habit of thinking like an architect instead of a passenger. Most founders don't need a program to keep going. They need one to build the compass. After nine months, you'll have it.
